专利说明:
The invention relates to a hinge, in particular for a piece of furniture, comprising an inner hinge part which can be fastened to the furniture carcass or a cabinet door hinged thereto, an outer hinge part which can be fastened to an outer door, a connecting device which connects the inner hinge part to the outer hinge part in a pivotable manner via three receiving devices. Such hinges are already known and are indicated inter alia in the patent DE 444 2625 A1. These hinges are used for example for a piece of furniture which is equipped with folding doors. Through the hinges, the folding doors are rotatably connected to each other, wherein the connection of the hinge halves with the folding doors often takes place via positive or non-positive fastening elements. A hinge is usually designed in two parts, wherein the two parts are rotatably connected to each other via a connecting element. During installation, folding doors are usually attached to an already installed furniture body. In this case, the first folding door is connected to the furniture body, and attached the other folding doors by means of the hinges described to the first folding door. The hinges are mounted on the inside of the folding doors in order to hide them when the folding doors are closed. For visual reasons, the gap between the mounted folding doors should be as small as possible, so that, for example, when the folding doors are closed, they can not be seen in the piece of furniture. Especially with large and heavy folding doors, it is often complicated to grow a folding door to a already attached to the furniture body folding door. The folding door must first be raised, aligned, held and connected to the hinge. Often, the person who assembles the piece of furniture must hold the folding door while connecting to the hinges, hold it and at the same time screw it in, if there is no second person available who can provide assistance. In addition, it is difficult to reach into the very narrow gap between the folding doors with your fingers in order to hold and position the folding door. All these disadvantages apply not only to the assembly of the folding doors, but also to the disassembly in the case of e.g. a move if the piece of furniture should be dismantled. Without another person or without technical aids, care must be taken constantly not to damage, for example, the seat of the positive or non-positive fastening elements between the hinge and the folding door when they are dismounted. For hinges which are equipped with a pin, the folding door must be inserted from above into the pin. This is often very difficult due to the proportions or the weight of the folding door, especially if the gap between the doors is very small. In addition, with a high weight and sharp edges on the doors there is even a considerable risk of injury to the fingers. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages described above and to provide a comparison with the prior art improved hinge. This hinge should, for example, make it possible to mount the folding doors without the assistance of another person, or a tool such as a support. Furthermore, it should be possible to be able to separate the folding doors without having to use a tool for it. A cumbersome lifting, positioning and then screwing or threading in pins should be prevented. Preventing pinched fingers with the subsequent injuries is an advantage that results from the ease of assembly. This is achieved in the hinge according to the invention characterized in that the inner hinge part has a body on the furniture body or hinged thereto body door base body, and the lower receiving device, which is relative to a base - preferably rigidly mounted - upper receiving device movable, preferably displaceable. Further details and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. Brief Description: Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Show: Fig. 1a a furniture body with attached folding doors Fig. 1b shows a combination of folding doors, connected to several hinges Fig. 2 shows a hinge in the installed state between two folding doors Fig. 3 is an exploded view of a hinge in the Tilt Fig. 4a, 4b to 8a, 8b folding doors with pre-mounted hinges in different steps The invention will be explained in more detail by means of preferred embodiments with reference to the single figure. Figure 1a shows a furniture body 6 with already mounted folding doors 12, 13. The fixed to the furniture body 6 cabinet door 12 is already pivotally attached to the furniture body with hinges 1 of the same or another type. At the outer door 13, another folding door, there is the outer hinge part 3. Depending on the weight and proportion of the folding doors, the number of hinges 1 is determined. The inner hinge part 2 and the outer hinge part 3 are linked with each other by the connecting device 4. Folding doors are then rotatably supported by the connecting device 4. Figure 1b shows a cabinet door 12 and an outer door 13, which are interconnected by four hinges 1. By the hinges 1, the folding doors 12,13 are pivotally mounted to each other. FIG. 2 shows a hinge 1 when installed on a cabinet door 12 and an outer door 13, wherein the hinge 1 can be mounted on the hinged door 12, 13 via the fastening sections 17. In this embodiment, the attachment would take place by means of screws. The inner hinge part 2 of the hinge 1 consists of a main body 5 and a linear slide 8, which includes the lower receiving device 30a. The linear slide 8 can be moved on the main body 5 by a catwalk 31 formed by the main body 5, wherein the linear slide 8 encloses the lower receiving device 30a by its formation the catwalk 31 at the top and bottom edges. Furthermore, the main body 5 forms a top flap 9, which includes the upper receiving device 30c. The outer hinge part 3 fastened to the outer door 13, characterized by an intermediate flap 18, sits with its middle receiving device 30a between the receiving devices 30a and 30c, which are formed by the inner hinge part 2. The three receiving devices 30a, 30b, 30c are connected to one another via the connecting device 4. Figure 3 shows the individual components of the hinge 1 in an exploded view. The main body 5 with its integrally formed track 32 has two locking points 32a and 32b. In this locking points 32a and 32b can subsequently engage the ball 15 of the locking element 7. In the assembled state of the inner hinge part 2, the ball 15 is pressed by the spring 22, depending on the position of the linear slide 8 in the locking point 32 a or 32 b. If the locking element 7 is located, for example, in the locking point 32a, the lower receiving device 30a of the linear slider 8 is at a more exposed point of the inner hinge part 2 than the upper receiving device 30c on the upper flap 9. In other words the lower receiving device 30a further from the inner hinge part 2 than the upper receiving device 30c. If the locking element 7 is located in the locking point 32b, the lower receiving device 30a is located exactly below the upper receiving device 30c. The spring force of the spring 22 is sufficiently strong that the linear slide 8 can not free itself from its position - even then, for example, if the outer hinge part 3 together with the outer door 13 is placed on the lower receiving device 30a of the linear slide 8. The connection device 4 is characterized by two mounting areas 35a and 35b. The here formed as recesses in the connecting element 4 mounting portions 35a and 35b act together with the locking device 26. The locking device 26 consists, as well as the locking element 7, a spring 22 and a ball 15. The locking device 26 is a part of the linear slide 8 and acts The spring force of the spring 22 is strong enough to hold the connecting device 4 even with acting forces exerted by the folding doors 12 and 13 in their position on the formed as recesses mounting portions 35a and 35b of the connecting element. Due to the better Lagerungsund sliding properties between the receiving devices 30 a, 30 b and 30 c bearing rings 28 are used. This also results in an exact positioning of the receiving devices 30a, 30b and 30c to each other, in other words, a well-defined position of the intermediate plate 18 between the upper flap 9 and the linear slide. 8 Figure 4a shows a prepared cabinet door 12 with a prepared outer door 13, wherein the inner hinge part 2 of the hinge 1 is not yet connected to the outer hinge part 3. This shows the preparatory mounting step before assembly of the folding doors 12 and 13. FIG. 4b shows a mounted inner hinge part 2 on a carcass door 12 or an outer hinge part 3 on an outer door 13 in the unconnected state. The assembly of the hinge parts 2, 3 on the folding doors 12, 13 can be done, for example, by means of screws, which are placed on the mounting portion 17. Due to the separable design of the hinge parts 2, 3, it is possible to mount the hinge parts 2 and 3 before the alignment of the folding doors 12, 13. For this purpose, the doors 12, 13 may for example be placed in the lying state on the floor or on a work surface and do not have to be mounted in a standing position. If the hinge parts 2 and 3 are fitted to each other fittingly on the folding doors 12, 13, as the next assembly step, each linear slide 8 of the assembled inner hinge parts 2 can be brought into its locking point 32a, so that it protrudes further from the inner hinge parts 2. The locking element 7 locks in this position, the linear slide 8. The connecting device 4 can be omitted in this assembly step, or even partially used in the lower receiving device 30a - depending on the discretion of the person who assembles the piece of furniture. Now, the outer door 13 is placed with the formed by the upper receiving device 30c support surface of the intermediate plate 18 on the lower receiving device 30a together with the inserted ring bearing 28. If the middle receiving device 30a is above the lower receiving device 30a, the folding doors 12 and 13 are correctly positioned relative to one another and a first assembly step has taken place. FIG. 5a shows the coarsely positioned folding doors 12, 13, wherein the outer door 13 with its mounted outer hinge part 3 rests on the inner hinge part 2 of the cabinet door 12. Figure 5b shows in detail how the middle receiving device 30a is now positioned over the lower receiving device 30a and the connecting device 4 can be inserted from below into the lower receiving device 30a. Visible is the wide gap x between the folding doors 12 and 13, which makes it easier to position the outer door 13 exactly to the cabinet door 12, since you can attack both sides of the outer door 13. Because of this wide gap x, the connecting device 4 can also be inserted accessible from the outside. The risk of injury by pinching the fingers or hands is less than in commercial hinges. Figure 6a shows two folding doors 12, 13, which are positioned by the hinge 1 to each other, wherein the outer door 13 is now supported on the hinge 1 and no longer needs to be held. Figure 6b shows how now the connecting device 4 has been inserted into its first mounting portion 35a. In the assembly area 35a, the connecting device 4 holds the outer door 13 due to the connection with the lower receiving device 30a or the middle receiving device 30b. If, as shown in FIG. 6a, several hinges 1 are installed, all connecting devices 4 can now be pushed into the mounting areas 35a. By the noticeable resistance when locking the locking device 26 into the recess of the mounting portion 35a, or by a clicking sound, which arises when the ball 15 of the locking device 26 slips into the recess of the mounting portions 35a, 35b, it is noticeable that the connecting device located in the desired mounting area 35a, 35b. Figure 7a shows one of the last assembly steps in the assembly of the folding doors 12, 13, wherein now the gap y between the folding doors 12, 13 is adjusted. Figure 7b shows in detail the preparatory adjustment of the gap y for the subsequent locking of the hinges 1. In order to achieve the desired gap between the folding doors 12, 13, now the outer door 13 with the mounted outer hinge parts 3, which via the connecting device 4 with the Linear slide 8 are connected, pressed against the cabinet door 12. The force thus applied exceeds the spring force of the spring 22 in the locking element 7. The biased by the spring 22 ball 15 of the locking element 7 slips out of its locking point 32a. The linear slide 8 moves over the catwalk 31 until the ball 15 of the locking element 7 sets in the locking point 32b. Locked the linear slide 8 in the locking point 32b, the lower receiving device 30a of the linear slide 8 is located together with the upper receiving device 30c of the intermediate plate 18 exactly below the upper receiving device 30c of the upper flap 9. The gap y between the cabinet door 12 and the outer door 13 is thus adjusted and the lock via the connection device 4 is prepared. FIG. 8 a shows a cabinet door 12 and an outer door 13 in the fully assembled, locked state of the hinge 1. FIG. 8b shows how the connecting device 4 was completely inserted into the receiving devices 30a, 30b, 30c. This represents the mounting portion 35b of the connecting element 4 cooperating with the locking device 26. The weight of the outer door 13 thus depends not only more on the prestressed by the spring 22 ball 15 of the locking element 7, but by the connection between the receiving device 30c of the upper flap 9 and Connecting device 4 cooperatively received with the lower receiving device 30a of the linear slide 8. If the folding doors 12, 13 are separated from each other, only the connecting device 4 has to be pulled downwards until it engages in the mounting area 35a. As a consequence, by pulling on the outer door 13, it is possible to pull the linear slide into the locking point 32a. By stepwise removal of the connecting devices 4 thus the outer door 13 can be separated from the cabinet door 12. Innsbruck, on November 13, 2013
